Purchasing and Billing: We accept payment for your purchases by either direct debit or by Visa or Mastercard. All goods and services rendered remain the property of Gifted Design Store (GDS) until they are paid for in full.
Currency: All product and shipping prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all transactions are settled in NZD . There are no fees charged for credit card payments.
GST & Taxes: All purchases delivered to a New Zealand address incur the standard Government Goods and Service Tax (GST). Purchases shipped to an International address are exempt from New Zealand taxes. The prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply. Any additional International charges will be at the expense of "you" the purchaser and will not be covered by GDS (Wanaka Design 2008 Ltd).
Shipping & Order Tracking: GDS uses couriers and will ship to any New Zealand postal address. Any risk will be passed to you and or any other person who signs for the receipt of the delivery. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and address details. Please advise in writing any specific or special delivery instructions.
Returns: You may be able to return an item as long as it fits within our returns policy as set out below:
1. Before returning any item(s) please email us with in 24 hours of receiving your parcel on email@example.com and tell us your situation.
2. For full price items (excluding Lingerie, swimwear and jewellery) purchased online the following return options are available:
Full refund (minus the postage)
Credit note for the value of the item(s)
3. Please ensure that:
The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged after purchase
The item(s) still have all original swing tags and packaging
The receipt for the item(s) is included
4. For all sale items purchased online:
We are unable to provide a refund, exchange, or credit note so please choose carefully.
5. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning any item(s) to us and also the exchange shipping cost if applicable. All returns must be sent by courier or tracked post and must have adequate insurance to cover the full purchase price of the item(s) and be returned to us within 7 days of purchase. If we do not receive the item(s) or we receive item(s) that have been damaged in transit, you will not receive a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please send returns to:

Order Cancellations: Cancellation by GDS: GDS reserves the right to cancel any order. Cancellation by purchaser: Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact GDS by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +6434432035 within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of GDS.
Sizing & Photo Representation: Information about product sizes can be provided on request. Please email us at email@example.com should you require more details on a specific product. The website offers an accurate as possible representation of the product and its colour. Colour representation may vary slightly due to computer image quality, screen settings or print quality.
Packaging: We aim to use the minimum amount of packaging required. We reuse packaging where possible. Please let us know if you have specific packaging requirements.
Gift Vouchers: The full amount of the gift voucher purchased must be redeemed over one transaction. Several items can be purchased within that transaction. No refunds or store credits will be given. For the items to be redeemed the receiver will email GDS with their requested item/s, postal address and voucher number. Their goods will be couriered to the postal address given.
